Closed-door firesides with accomplished founders and young builders, followed by demo nights where early builders show their work and get real feedback. No recording.

A member picks the paper. Everyone reads it. Then we argue about what it means.

Members propose topics, hosts greenlight and provide the space. The community self-organizes. Quality stays high because the room itself is the draw.
